It’s been a very rough work week for me. The first night we filmed here at Game Trails I was leaning over the tailgate getting my camera gear out of the truck and when I rolled back over the tailgate I felt a pop under my ribs. I have either pulled a muscle or cracked some ribs.
That has not stopped the filming though. We have been hunting lock-on stands and I have been climbing up pulling all the equipment up the tree and doing this in excruciating pain. Yesterday I could not even take a deep breath without it hurting! The bad thing is I only get 5 days at home before I head to Illinois and then over to Colorado.
Here in Kentucky, besides being hurt, the hunting has been very tough! We have been battling warm temperatures and a full moon. We have been seeing deer, but no shooters.
Tomorrow is the last day, so maybe we can seal the deal!
