Phil, I’ve been out of touch for awhile. So, I stole some time out and headed to my NYC hotel room and thought I’d try to catch up on what my fellow outdoorsmen are writing about. This article was the first I looked at and I’ve spent much of my stolen time reading it and then looking at the background (Bryans post and comments). It’s been worth every minute of my time. Your post was well written and makes a lot of sense. I agree with what you say, but never could have vocalized it as well as you wrote it.

Bravo Phillip. This is not only one of the best articles I have read on a blog in a long time it’s also one of the most brilliant written guidelines on writing with your own voice and be truthful. If you don’t mind I will go ahead and copy that article in my reference folder of how-to-write tips.
