		<description>Even though I don&#039;t own a general, I have to give them credit for taking care of this issue right away.  Even though it seems to be isolated incidents, I applaud them for taking the necessary steps to get things taken care of.

It makes me comfortable in owning my Diamond.  At least I know they have their customer service down pat.</description>
