Thanks all.

Arthur, this was a great hunt, and the frustration was short-lived. The important thing here was the time Nolan got to spend with his son, not whether or not I chalked up another buck on my Guide Log, and as long as I kept that in mind, it was awesome. Tommy actually did really great for such a young guy. He's sharp as a tack, and a lot of fun to hang around with in camp.

The fact that we were able to get a buck really made the whole week into a pretty phenomenal event... the stuff memories are made of for all of us involved.

Another wonderful story, Phillip. You're on a roll. It's awesome that the little guy got to share in all the events as well. Those will definitely be memories that he keeps for a lifetime.

And I can completely relate to the frustrations that come when hunting with youngsters. I hunt with my two preteen nephews all the time. You just have to go into it with a different attitude, and sometimes it pays off.

I'm looking forward to the next story.
