www.forthegoodofman.com/feralhogs.htm

Man I guess they're really spreading all over. This site has a topic on feral hogs in Missouri. MO hasn't had near the problem as some other states, but as we all know they can reproduce at a crazy rate! I use my Marlin XL7 in 30'06 to do the cleaning up. Hunt feral hogs! Join the hunt for feral hogs in MO!

Give hogs a break!

Tejon should have been environmentally ruined by probably the highest density of wild hogs in CA and yet the grasslands are healthy (you should see it in spring with its carpet of flowers) while the cows are happy, fat and contented (with apologies to that "contented cows" commercial).

Yes more science and less fear-and-doom mongering.

Besides a couple of intelligent comments (HeidelbergJaeger) who mentions the KQED special which we appeared in earlier this year!
And also, (j wallen), yours was the only well thought out comment over there Phillip!

More science based fact and "less" fear mongering supposition is what is needed to control an out of balance ecosystem!

Or, we could just send em' some of our Mountain Lions from here in California :-)

P
Rest assured it the quality that counts, you get Holly, Hank Michael, and ME

The field notes commenters are (with one or two exceptions) a bunch of yahoos who could be found in any bar where the beer is flat and the waitress motherly. The only remarkable thing about them is they can switch the computer on and type.

Chad and Dave know a lot about swine, they've cast enough pearls before 'em

Happy new year
