While I’m out, I thought maybe I’d share a couple of my favorite blogs. I hesitated before I started this, because I was a little concerned that my choice of blogs to spotlight would reflect poorly on those that didn’t get included. The truth is, though, if a blog is on my list, then I read your site regularly… if I didn’t read it and enjoy it, I’d remove it. I don’t have time to do a profile on everyone, so folks will just have to follow the links and check them out for yourselves.
OK, that said, let’s start…
There are a lot of reasons I’m starting with the NorCal Cazadora blog. First of all, it’s got a lot to do with the fact that Holly and I share a lot of information back and forth. We’ve hunted together and will again. And, of course, her writing is always top notch.
We may or may not agree on every topic or issue, and that’s just fine. But I enjoy reading what she has to say. From her posts, I’ve learned a good bit about what it’s like for a new hunter to come into this sport. I’ve also learned a lot about some of the issues that women hunters face, and what’s going on in the industry to address those issues.
If you’re a regular here, you’ve probably already followed a link back to her blog. If not, do yourself a favor and check her out. The NorCal Cazadora.

Thanks, Phillip!
