Most of us have a better half that always puts up with us hunting or fishing or doing what we love to do. I would like to thank mine for putting up with me for so long. Today is our Wedding Anniversary and I think it is fitting that I dedicate today’s blog entry to her!
She doesn’t always understand why I like to get up 3 hours before daylight to sit in the woods or on the water, but complain when she tries to get me up in the late morning to do my weekend chores. But she does put up with it and for that I’m truly thankful and greatful. She also puts up with my dirty hunting and fishing gear lying on the floor after a weekend outdoors, until I can get it put away properly during the week. She puts up with all the smelly meat processing I do in her kitchen, and all the dirty countertops from the processing. She even puts up with me spending a little too much money on the sport I love.
For all of this I’m truly greatful, she has to be a great woman for putting up with me for 15 wonderful years and four kids! Thanks Shannon for being there for me and here’s to 100 more years of memories we will make and share!
Guys, we all need to thank our wives for putting up with all the junk we put them through, without them in our lives we would be truly lost at times!
