Baldacci Will Address Quimby Land Purchases In Millinocket Today

Hello my name is Steve and I just do not understand what this Roxanne Quimby is trying to do. She wants to build a National Park in northern Maine. I grew up in Northern Maine and Hunting and Fishing is a way of life for everyone up there. I really do not see the point of a national park that far north. There is nothing but trees. There is nothing extraordinary about it. If she wants to do this fine, but she is depriving hundreds of thousands of people pastimes. Hunting does not hurt the environment. The last i checked I would say that humans are on the top of the food chain. Its people like these extremists that have this country’s prioritys all screwed. Hey Quimby, if you want to do something really helpfull with your money help the poor. Your Priorities are screwed up. Northern Maine is going to remain desolate, its no differenct than Alaska. Take a vote, the majority of people hate winter, especially a Northern Maine one. I live in California and just laugh when I see all you extreme Liberals. You extremists will not compromise. Your ego’s are too big. Your worried about a snowmobile trail and someone cutting down a few trees. Get over it, One forest fire in California does more damage than a 5 years of logging in Maine. All your doing is stepping on everyones toes in Maine. Just because you grease a few politicians and governor Baldacci’s pockets, you are upsetting all sportsman and an already impovershed community. Take our livlihood and our jobs. Way to go! I don’t know how you sleep at night. I don’t know why Maines government lets this slide.

As much as i complain i’m sure it don’t accomplish anything.
How would she like it if i bought the whole entire town that she lives in, and told her she can use her house as long as she finds some other access point than my roads. This is outright stupid. Save a fish and crap on the citizens.
