He has lived there for over 65 years. He does not have a problem with hunters, but at 72 yrs of age, yes he would like a little peace instead of hearing gunshots going off at daybreak. As far as your opinion of 100 yards being safe, hes at 400 yards and his home gets peppered by these hunters. There are responsible duck hunters, but these hunters in particuolar want to kill a duck so bad, they bring tame ones in to blast them for fun because the wild ducks arent taking to the hunters' newly purchased 2.2 million dollar land with duck impoundment. I agree with Mr. Lee and also with your comment on consideration going a long way. He has worked hard his entire life to have the home and property he has and I dont blame him for wanting peace from the duck hunters across the road, especially at his age. If he wants to sell out and move, his property value is now lower because of this and who wants to live across from gun blasts going off at daybreak. Not me.
