		<description>They&#039;re popping up everywhere.  One of my brother&#039;s friends down in Pender County has been seeing them on his deer lease.  They killed a couple last year, but that didn&#039;t get rid of them.

Personally, I&#039;m a little amazed that they aren&#039;t already all over the southeastern part of the state.  I&#039;m also a little surprised that the wild boar in Graham and Swain Counties (descendents of the eurasian wild boar planted in 1911) have stayed so relatively localized...compared to the way they&#039;re spreading across California and Texas.  

I&#039;ll have to keep an eye on this.  Might be one more thing for me to hunt when I come home for Christmas this year.</description>
