This man stole from me and is now trying to do the same to others under his fake company “BK Premium Products” representing themselves as helping charities. . MB Is totally right Mr Jenkins may be facing many more charges. He is activly involved in another scam invloving firefighters and charities. Go figure. Jessica Elgin is from Vegas has a history there as well. Socialpaths have no conscious!!! Their destiny is prison hopefully for a very long time!!! If you have been scammed by these two dirt balls please come forward and call you states, attorney generals office and file a written complaint ASAP. JUSTCE SHALL PREVAIL

Just so everyone will know, he turned himself in on those outstanding warrants and still has more counts that may or may not be filed. However, Jessica Elgin is not his sister in law, but in fact his girlfriend as he is still married. He doesn’t even have a checking account so make your own conclusions. Also, he has moved on to another business, but if anyone of you especially those who have been scammed by either one of these people or both, should immediately contact the attorney general’s office in Oklahoma as they have an ongoing investigation where the hunt scam is concerned and would appreciate any information. Mr. Hargrove, you are not the only one, and I hope that the others like you come forth, the only way they can be stopped is with information being given to the proper authorities.

Well this man con us too. We have talked to soooo many other people that he still owes money to. They could take him to court but he has so many other money judgements against him, u would just have to get in line. Well he presented himself as James Bishop when we booked our familys new mexico elk hunt thru him. He signed the “hunting contracts” as james or jim bishop….hes legal name is Jenkins. So this now made it a criminal issue and not just a civil matter…he has a felony warrant out of rogers co oklahoma for fraud. He now has 3 other felony warrants in tulsa county issued by the attorney general of oklahoma for unfair and deceptive trade practice in violation of the consumer protection act……so we are trying to track him down and get him locked away…..will keep you posted.

I purchased elk hunts in New Mexico, area 16D, for myself and 2 friends. We had two date selections and we requested immediate information about the ranch name, location, manager, phone number etc., so we could give the information to our wives. We were promised the information within “2 – 3 days of paying for the hunts and signing the contract” . We repeatedly asked for the information and it was always going to be available in a couple of days. We the hunt date neared, we pressed via email and phone calls for the departure information and the information we had requested as to destination etc. “Jim” returned fewer and fewer phone calls, zero emails and we started checking him out. He is working with an accomplice under the name of Jessica Elgin who is his supplsed “sister in law”. We informed him the only thing he had promptly performed was the cashing of our checks.

Oklahoma residence BEWARE!!!!! This guy is still scamming people out of money for hunts that are’nt real… My husband and at leat 22 other people that we have found, have recently been scammed by this same guy just recently…. Something needs to be done to get this guy behind bars where he belongs….

My wife and I bid on a hunt through QDMA last May/June and took another couple that had never been on a “big hunt” before with us on the hunt in November. It was with this jerk AJ and Big Cedar Hunts. We were ripped off big time and I wished I would have called the police then. He deserves to be beaten. The “hunt” was especially embarrassing to me as I had talked my friends into it and since I had been to many states on a lot of hunts with no problems, they trusted me. I felt horrible that they lost their money, but our friendship endures. I trusted QDMA and I am more than a little upset with them for lining up this idiot. I guess my money was not wasted if I learned a lesson? yeah, right! If you go on enough hunts you will get burned at least once, sadly.

this guy is a real problem. there were multiple clients from at least 4 states over the last few years. Jenkins is still selling hunts and has 2 web-sites offering them. here are links to both sites… don’t bother buying one of these. the hunts do not exist.

I own a real estate company in Alva OK. I first heard about Jenkins when some of his clients came to town complaining that they were cheated.
We are all hoping to see Mr. Jenkins prosecuted. Hopefully the complaining clients will continue to press the issue and see that the court does it’s job.
