Wayne Bailey. Mr. Bailey was my father's supervisor when they both worked for the West Virginia DNR, my father was the first wildlife manager to trap and relocate wild turkeys in W VA. I have one of Wayne's first made wing bone calls, it is dated 1979, was a gift to my father, can you assist me with a value on this caller?
