I had a neighboring landowner running scent control for me in the form of a prescribed burn last Thursday night. There was a nice smoke screen and even though the wind wasn’t completely right, a couple bucks came sauntering by my stand.
This 6 point is a 2 year old that I tagged as a yearling buck last fall. He didn’t have those warts last year, but has about a half dozen of them this year. Not much of a buck, but gets me within 1 deer of being completely done with darting.
