Cameron,
I notice you mention eating wheat bread and wheat pasta. The public is constantly being fooled by the description on bread wrappers. Nearly all breads are made for wheat. If a label simply reads "Wheat Bread" it is refined (white) flour with a coloring such as carmel. A bread or pasta label must read whole wheat or 1oo% whole wheat. It's the law. And just recently you mentioned "in the vice category I drink at least two cups of coffee a day". You need to get up to speed on this. There is a ton of literature out there indicating that coffee is loaded with antioxidents and there is absolutely nothing wrong with at least four cups a day and even more. Nutritionists have been attempting to change people's attitudes on coffee and your enforcing what people were taught many years ago...that coffee is a vice. Cameron,I'm a 71 year old retired PE teacher in Missoula, not a bow hunter but take an elk yearly and have harvested just over 2600 coyotes with the spot and stalk method...miles of walking nearly daily six months of the year. Also race marathon canoes on the national level. Nutrition is quite important to me. I would be quite impressed if this was posted.

Hey Cam
I really enjoy your hunting style. I just started bow hunting 2 years ago. I a vet of over 21 years and never got to hit the hunting season because i was always deployed.
I now contract for the military and have alitte more time to hunt. First, what is a good work out and second would you like to go hunting together some day. Im an old oregon boy myself and live in washington now, got some good elk here. Give me a shout and we will see what happens.
Take care and good hunting

Had always liked Cameron when he was with Eastman outdoors but in watching the last outdoor TV show of Elk Chronicles my attutide has changed. Mr ( you gota bleed to suceed ) Cameron climbed into his tree stand on his WY deer hunt carrying his bow in hand, then doesn't use a safety belt and then takes a 60+ yd shot on a deer. all unsafe and unethical. My cousin's boy died 2 years ago after falling out of his stand not wearing a safety harness, no animal is worth the risk of getting hurt. Mr Hanes has sent entirely the wrong message and has showed the world his true side, sorry Elk Chronicles but I'm turning the channel next time your show comes on.
