		<description>I like the raffle idea, too - I know about Idaho&#039;s super tag, but strangely enough, I&#039;m not very familiar with it.  I was under the impression that it was bought, too....which I don&#039;t have a problem with I just don&#039;t get the difference between that and an auction.  I&#039;m guessing with the raffle, you buy tickets for x amount and each ticket you buy just increases your chances while an auction, the tag goes to highest bidder?  I guess that is different - just needed to think about it a little bit. :)  Once someone has won a raffle drawing - say the super tag - are they ineligible to enter for a certain number of years, or for life, or how does that work?</description>
