CRISPY CAJUN HASHBROWNS
2 t. oil
2-3 C. shredded potatoes
3 t. onion
½ t. garlic
1-2 t. Cajun Campfire
In a skillet mix all ingredients on medium heat and cook until crisp.
This side works great for breakfast or dinner!
