It is with great pleasure that I am announcing today a joint fund raising initiative between the NWTF, country music superstar and NWTF member Lee Greenwood, and Products for Good. The NWTF has teamed with Lee and Products for Good to set a goal of raising over $3,500,000 for veteran’s charities, and over $3,500,000 for the NWTF to support our mission of conserving wild turkeys and preserving hunting traditions.
Products for Good and Lee teamed to create an absolutely beautiful shadowbox that incorporates coins they obtained from a bank vault in Basra, Iraq with patriotic images, memorabilia and quotes that honestly make one of the most beautiful and meaningful products I have ever seen (I have one in my office)! Even better, the shadowboxes are assembled by disabled Americans; and we will help create over 150 jobs for them with this fund raiser if we get 100% participation. With a goal of raising money to support our veterans in need, Lee and the Products for Good team approached the NWTF with an idea to generate money for our organization and the veterans. This is the most ambitious fund raising endeavor we have ever attempted. We need your support on this campaign and the troops need and certainly deserve our collective support!
