Nuble Light Maine One of My Dad's Favorite Places To Photograph

Hey Michelle,
Thanks for dropping by and your kind comments. We’ve never tried the Fox Run but will have to next time we are there. I’ll have to also look for the turtle next time we are there.Dad lost his battle with cancer in 2000 and I put this photo up on the anniversary. My love for photography I got from him for sure.
His favorite subjects were lighthouses and covered bridges.

Your picture is also one of my husband’s and my favorite place to go a we have some beautiful shots of this beautiful lighthouse. We love traveling in Maine. This is the first true lighthouse I’ve ever really fell in love with.
Has your father ever seen the turtle that is in the rocks that stick out in the ocean. It is there if you look very closely for it. It was pointed out to me by a painter who was commissioned to paint it. He said ” He didn’t notice it until he got back to he studio and then he saw it” It was truly a wonderful site. We go to that beautiful lighthouse and eat at the Fox Run Resturant. Fresh Lobster salad no one can beat it either. We’ve tried many places and it can’t compare.
I hope your Dad continues to enjoy his photography. I know I love mine and have some beautiful pictures of Nubble Light at night lit up and many many more. It is of all the ones we have seen the most beautiful in our opinon.
