They charge nearly 500% of what you would pay Google and do it yourself. There are videos , even my podcasts that tell you how to have a pay per click campaign without getting financially gored in the process.
Last August some lil hussey tramp from Yodel called me and told me she was a member of The Wildlife Pro Network . She even told me Robb Russell recommends Yodel.

Looking forward to seeing this group grow.
This Sunday nights podcast. If you are curious and just want to know what it is like to do this work please remeber to callin live Sunday night. This is our monthly beekeepers podcast but should hold the interest of any listener.
Former CC Manager Anthony Del Campo who will share his experiences with solving africanized bees and the problems he has had with his health due to frequent bee stings. While many of us have heard about them now you can hear someone who was doing bees in Florida and suddenly realized our bee problems have gotten worse and hotter.

3. My apologies for losing control of last weeks Dead Animal Removal Podcast.

I certainly was not prepared to discuss the recent problem involving the Michigan DNR and The University of Nebraska with Michigans group of private nuisance wildlife trappers.

Here are some of the facts I have been putting together and realize there is alot of misunderstanding and confusion regarding NWCOA, UNL certified training such as NWCTP. Any one who is interested in problem involving the Michigan DNR , The National Wildlife Control Training Program and The University of Nebraska with Michigans group of private nuisance wildlife trappers please call NWCOA or Stephen Vantassel for clarification because there is a lot of misquoting and misinformation online.

I hope this information helps you Michigan guys out. http://sitesbyrobb.com/michigan-dnr-the-national-wildlife-control-training-program-and-the-university-of-nebraska/

-Robb

NWCOA owns a “Basic Operator Training Course” that is a 16 hr powerpoint, classroom setting course. It has nothing to do with UNL’s National Wildlife Control Training Program. The NWCTP is a much more in depth, detailed curriculum. The NWCTP is a much more in depth, detailed curriculum and NWCOA shelved its own course in lieu of NWTCP. State Agencies have all indicated that a training course offered by UNL/Cornell or similar accredited source would be better accepted than any training offered by NWCOA or other private source.
What is offered online right now with UNL has nothing to do with the DNR sponsored training. What is currently on UNL’s website is for STUDENTS who wish to obtain college credits toward a degree from the University. UNL student fees do not apply to any NWCTP training offered by a States’ DNR.

You can expect to see as a final the Michigan or any other states training program set up like this.
1. Michigan DNR will set the prices and collect all fees.

2. UNL owns the copyright to the National Wildlife Control Training Program that they created, wrote, published, etc. IMPORTANT: NWCOA does not own any portion of this training. NONE.

3. UNL will provide said training to the Michigan DNR for a fee negotiated between UNL and Michigan DNR.

4. UNL will customize a laws and rules section for each state so that

5. NWCOA has certified the NWCTP with our “certified training” logo and federal trademark. NWCOA has a licensing agreement with UNL to use the trademark, and in return, NWCOA receives a small licensing fee. It is exactly the same as NFL licensing a video game company to use their logo on the game products or the Major League Baseball licensing an apparel company to put trademarks on hats, shirts, etc.
I have an official statement from Dixon Herman, NWCOA VICE PRESIDENT

NWCOA has certified the NWCTP with our “certified training” logo and federal trademark. NWCOA has a licensing agreement with UNL to use the trademark, and in return, NWCOA receives a small licensing fee. It is exactly the same as NFL licensing a video game company to use their logo on the game products or the Major League Baseball licensing an apparel company to put trademarks on hats, shirts, etc.

NWCOA’s role in the process was simple. We peer reviewed the document in accordance with our training standards, both for content and instructor qualifications, and found that the material met our certification criteria. We then chose to certify the training and enter a licensing agreement with the owner of the training. By doing that, NWCOA will receive a small fee (a few dollars) every time the course is taught, or a book is sold.

The NWCTP is the first training curriculum that NWCOA certified, and these licensing agreements should generate long term income for the Association as our certifications gain acceptance. These trademark and licensing fees will be a source of recurring revenue for NWCOA and the Association will be able to generate income from multiple sources as the licensing program expands to more certified training, certified products, and certified professionals, and certified companies. These recurring revenue sources should allow us to maintain our current membership fees and increase our ability to offer training, programs, political assistance, etc. to our membership and state affiliates.

If you have questions about NWCOA please call Dixon direct office: 828.325.0876 email: dixon@blueridgewildlife.com

Have you ever been laying in bed at night or enjoying a movie with your family and all of a sudden you hear scratching, thumping or scampering that sounds as if its coming from everywhere. Well you may now be a victim of a Rat infestation. Most homeowners won’t figure out they are infested until they either start hearing noises, a service provider such as Plumber, A/C, Cable or Insulation Contractor finds feces in the attic or sees a furry critter scurry across the floor. Now by that time the damage will have been done and you are left with a full blown infestation.

Rats have been a nuisance for hundreds of years. They enter thousands of homes and businesses every year in West Palm Beach. Rats carry diseases and parasites, and which can cause health issues for you and your family. Besides the health issues they can also cause serious property damage to your home. Rats can chew on wires which can causes fires.Rats are nocturnal animals so they are highly active at night. Unfortunately thats when most of us like to sleep. Being kept up at night is not fun. It can effects your personal and professional life. Your boss is not going to want to hear, “My Rats in the attic kept me up all night with their scratching”.

Now that we have scratched the surface on Rats, lets go over why they chose to make your home theirs.Rats are interested in only three things: Food, Shelter and Water. If you property supplies those three things a Rat sees prime real-estate. If your property doesn’t supply these three things there is not one far away.Rats do not travel that far to seek food and water from their nest.Rats like to stay hidden and stay in the shadows.Rats can’t really protect themselves from predators so they need a good sturdy structure to stay alive.Rats will often times travel in packs while searching for food.

Rats will use any means possible to gain access onto your roof.Rats are very good climbers and do not weigh very much so climbing vertically is not a challenge. Tree branches provide the easiest way to access your roof top due to branches growing too close to your roof.Rats may also use Gutters, Fences and Patio screens as other pathways.Rats are always trying to find a new home so keep a look out around the outside of your home to see if you may possibly be providing them with an easy access point to your home. Once on the roof they will find a way in or create one if one isn’t available. Most of the time Rats find an existing hole left from contractors that built your home such as gaps in stucco, soffit that is not finished or fascia boards that were never sealed. This happens in all types of construction. If you think your safe because your house is brand new, think again. Rats find these holes and enter your attic with out any struggle. So if a Rat makes a new hole, well then it really wanted to make a new home.

Most homes in Florida that we handle are built on a slab and there is no basement or crawlspace underneath the home. But there are a few by the coast or older homes where Rats can live underneath as well.Rats can find entry into walls from A/C lines that were never filled in with proper materials, or a cable man might of had to drill a hole that he forgot to seal when finished. Thats why it is important to have a proper inspection of your home to determine where these Rats can enter.

Remember Rats are interested in three things: Water, Food and Shelter. Rats are attracted by almost anything. Proper exclusion is necessary to prevent Wildlife from entering your home or attic. The Bird Feeder you placed on a tree to watch the birds in the morning while drinking your coffee is most likely attracting Rats. You can say “ Well I never see Rats in the Bird Feeder.” How often do you watch Birds after dark? Try not to leave food for pets outside.
